How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Create Account" on the login screen. Enter a username (lowercase letters only), your email address, and a password. You will receive a verification code via email to activate your account.

I did not receive the verification code.

Check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from business@sunactl.com. If you still don't see it, tap "Resend" on the verification screen. The code expires after 10 minutes.

How do I connect to the VPN?

Sign in with your credentials and tap the connect button. The app will establish a secure encrypted connection automatically.

Why am I getting "Incorrect username or password"?

Double-check your credentials. Usernames are lowercase letters only. If you have forgotten your password, please contact support to have it reset.

How many devices can I use?

Each account supports up to 2 concurrent sessions. Logging in on a new device will automatically sign out the oldest session.

Why was I signed out?

This can happen if you exceeded the device limit, your session expired, or your account was suspended. Contact support if this was unexpected.

How do I delete my account?

Visit the account deletion page. Enter your username, password, and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
