Sunac Technologies LTD ("we", "our", "us") operates the Sunac Gate application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use our service. We are committed to transparency and to protecting your privacy.
VPN Service Disclosure: Sunac Gate uses Android's VpnService API and Apple's NetworkExtension framework to create a secure, encrypted tunnel between your device and our servers. VPN functionality is the core purpose of this application. We do not collect, inspect, log, or store any personal or sensitive data through the VPN tunnel. We do not redirect, manipulate, or monetize your traffic in any way.
Sunac Gate does not collect personal information. We do not track your location, contacts, browsing history, DNS queries, or any content transmitted through the VPN tunnel. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking services. We do not build user profiles or engage in any form of data mining.
Account Credentials: When you register, you provide a username, email address, and password. Your password is immediately hashed using bcrypt and the plaintext is never stored. Your email is used solely for account verification during registration and is not used for marketing or shared with anyone.
Session Data: We record device type (e.g. "iPhone" or "Android"), IP address, and session timestamps to manage active sessions and enforce the device limit. This data is automatically deleted when you log out or when your session expires.
Android: Sunac Gate uses the Android VpnService API exclusively to provide its core VPN functionality, creating a secure, encrypted device-level tunnel to our servers.
iOS: Sunac Gate uses Apple's NEPacketTunnelProvider API to establish a secure VPN tunnel on iOS and iPadOS devices.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. Session tokens are generated using cryptographically secure random bytes. All API communication occurs over HTTPS/TLS. On-device credentials are stored in the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted end-to-end.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third parties. We do not share VPN tunnel traffic data with anyone. We may disclose information only if required by a valid legal order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Session data is automatically deleted upon logout or expiry. If you delete your account, all associated data (credentials, email, sessions) is permanently and immediately removed from our systems. We do not retain any data after account deletion.
Sunac Gate is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
